I like how javelinas always appear to have a slight, Mona-Lisa-like smile on their face. I work at Texas A&M-Kingsville, and we are proud to be the only college or university in the world with the javelina as a mascot. thanks for highlighting these fiercely loyal, tenacious creatures!
I was camping in Texas one summer and a herd of collared peccary stampeded through our campground in the night. The smell they left behind was unfathomably bad.
I'm sure Pam has much better personal hygiene than the average javelina

Did you ever read The Three Little Javelinas?
I love The Three Little Javelinas. Javelinas are conspicuously absent in American literature. I'm trying to correct that.
